Semi-Permanent Brows

WHAT IS POWDER OMBRÉ BROWS?
Ombré Powdered Brows soft shading is the newest permanent makeup technique using a digital
machine. It is 100% customizable and is great for anyone who wants to enhance their eyebrows with
a soft, and natural makeup-like finish. This method creates pixelated dots to mimic powder-filled
brows with no harsh front or outline. This does not affect your brow hair  in any way. Routine waxing or threading is still needed to maintain your brows. This service does not change hair color.  This look creates a soft, misty, powder-filled brow similar to the
look of makeup.


HOW IS OMBRÉ DIFFERENT FROM MICROBLADING?
Microblading is creating and placing 3D hair-like strokes using microfine needles. This method is
suitable for candidates who have plenty of existing hair to blend with the created strokes. This look is
suitable for those who have dark hair and want more volume. For those who have light and fine hair,
we do not recommend this technique as the strokes will heal to be a bit thicker and may not blend
naturally. There is no gradient effect for this technique. We do not offer Microbalding at RAW Studios.


HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?
Throughout the years after the procedure, your skin will naturally exfoliate, and your body will
naturally metabolize the pigment. All methods generally will last 1-3 years depending on skin type,
conditions, and how natural or intense you want the eyebrows to look. The Ombré shading method
will generally last longer due to it covering more surface area in the treated region. It is important to
use SPF daily because heavy sun exposure will expedite the fading process.


WHAT IS THE PROCESS?
Consultation is done on the day of the appointment. We make sure to have a consultation with
you so that we have a clear understanding of what you want. Feel free to do more research prior to
the appointment in order to be more knowledgeable, and confident in your decision moving forward.
Once the consultation is over, we will take our time on shaping the perfect brows and selecting a
pigment customized just for you. The powdering technique will start after you are happy with the
shape. The tattoo treatment itself will take about 1-1.5 hours per eyebrow. Please keep in mind, that
being indecisive will take away time from your session. The appointment will take about 2-3 hours.

IS THE PROCESS PAINFUL?
A topical anesthetic will be applied during the procedure to minimize any discomfort. The
pain level is minimal to none for most clients.

Permanent makeup is NOT recommended for anyone who is/have or with:

​

  • Between the 1st and 2nd dose of the COVID-19 vaccine and 10-14 days after the 2nd shot

  • Pregnant or Nursing

  • Low/High Blood Pressure (Release required from your physician stating you're BP is stable)

  • Diabetes (Release required from your physician stating you're diabetes is stable)

  • Viral infections and/or autoimmune disorders including Diabetes, Lupus, MS, HIV, Hepatitis

  • Cancer

  • Allergies (nickel, anesthetics, latex, iron oxide)

  • Epilepsy

  • A Pacemaker or major heart problems

  • Had an Organ transplant

  • Tendency towards keloid on the face

  • Seborrheic dermatitis(eczema) in the face

  • Skin irritations or Psoriasis near the treated area (rashes, sunburn, acne, etc.)

  • Sick (cold, flu, etc.)

  • Used Accutane in the past year

  • Used Retin A or Retinol in the past 3 months

  • Received Botox injections in the past 3 months

  • Moles in the brow area

  • Sunburn

 

Please consult with your primary care physician if you are unsure if your health condition will disqualify you.

  • Leading up to an appointment, you should avoid plucking or waxing your brows.
  • Avoid caffeinated drinks and coffee the morning of your appointment.
  • Additionally, you should avoid exfoliators 72 hours before services.  Ex. Skincare products that contains glycolicacid, Retin A, Renova, and alpha hydroxyl acids.
  • No face scrubs or chemical peels at least two weeks prior.

  • **Most importantly, avoid coffee, alcohol, ibuprofen/aspirin, and any medication or vitamins that may cause your blood to thin for a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment.**

  • A NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE of 50% will be required when booking an appointment online to secure the spot. 100% of the booking fee will go towards the amount that's due on the day of the appointment. The remaining balance will be paid in CASH on the appointment day​

  • The booking fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. Canceling your appointment for any reason will result in losing your booking fee. Please book wisely

  • You must be 18+ to get this procedure done even with parental consent

  • NO guests or pets are allowed due to cross-contamination and interruption. Please be respectful and understand that the brow technician must focus on a permanent tattoo procedure. 

  • You must arrive no later than 10 minutes from your scheduled appointment time. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be considered a "no show" and result in forfeiture of your booking fee. Please take into account traffic times and weather conditions when driving to your appointment

  • RESCHEDULING: You may reschedule your appointment via text  at (904) 400-3974 up to 2 days (48 hours) prior to your appointment or your booking fee will be forfeited. If less than 48 hours will require another booking fee. You are allowed to reschedule only once, any more will result in another booking fee regardless if it is within 48 hours or not. You may have to wait until my next availability. Please check my availability beforehand

  • THIS IS A TWO-STEP PROCESS: Initial + a perfecting session. While some clients may accept the pigment and heal beautifully without a touch-up, most clients are required to come back for a second session. In some rare cases, a third session may be needed to achieve the desired look

  • BOOKING YOUR PERFECTING SESSION: This session is a separate fee and not included with the initial session. Because results are unpredictable, it is recommended that you should book your 6-10 weeks touch-up session the same day as you book your initial appointment. This is not required but highly recommended. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO BOOK THIS SESSION

  • All foreign retouches will be considered as a new set of brows. Please book accordingly

  • All results will vary per person depending on their: skin, blood type, lifestyle, existing hair, bone structure, any medications taken, and aftercare

  • If you have had previous work done by another artist, you MUST get my approval before booking. Please text (904) 400-3974 a few clear photos of your full face and eyebrows with no makeup on them, unfiltered, and in natural lighting for review. If you book an appointment without my approval or disclosing previous tattoo work, your deposit will be forfeited and your appointment will be canceled. No Exceptions
